Yoga is a form of exercise that is primarily focused on uniting the body, mind and breath. The classes are built around a series of specific postures (Asanas), that are brought together to form sequencing around a theme, idea or to work into a specific aspect of the biomechanics of the body. This theme and sequence will often change, ensuring we are consistently challenging our ability to ‘feel’ the body and responding to sensation, in the present moment.
